Deer Fencing: Choose from three grades

Choose from three grades of polypropylene Fencing to keep deer out of your yard, garden and farm. Choose from Professional (lasts 10+ years), Extra-strength Premium (lasts 15 years), and Maximum-strength (lasts 20 years). If your installation is greater than 1000' in an area with moderate-to-high deer population, you should consider the Extra- and Maximum-strength grades due to the elevated impact possibilities. Compared to the inexpensive deer netting sold in home and garden centers, all three grades of my deer-proof Fencing material are easier to handle, last far longer, and do not tear after a few seasons.

From a distance, my rounded-strand mesh Fencing disappears from view – becoming "virtually invisible" – as it blends into the objects and shadows behind it. Enjoy the seemingly unobstructed beauty of your landscape and still be protected from deer browsing! Compared to competitors' flat-strand mesh, our rounded strands are stronger, are less visible, and catch less wind and snow.

My Deer Fence Posts are easy to install. For the corners, consider my Corner Posts with Braces kit or 4" x 4" x 12' (or 10') treated posts from your local lumber yard. The lumber-yard posts may be cheaper and should not need bracing but do stand out visually compared to the black metal Posts.

Snow, ice and fallen tree branches can make the top of your fence sag, so Nylon Guide Wire is necessary on most installations. Also, one of the most common ways for deer to penetrate a fence is by slithering under it. To prevent this, install your Fencing with two-to-six inches of the mesh draped on the ground (facing out) and secured with big rocks, homemade wire hoops, or the Stakes or Staples I offer.
